“Superblock” glues mortar is the mortar cement particularly for laying and plastering autoclaved aerated concrete. There are 2 types of glues mortar available: dry and wet application by which 1 bag is 40 kg in weight. Wet application glue mortar can be used for approximately 10 square meters of area and dry application glue mortar can be used for approximately 18 square meters of area.

Hand tools and other equipments especially designed for autoclaved aerated concrete such as trowel, chasing tool, hand saw and mortar mixer.

Dry mortar (red bag ) Mix 1 bag of mortar with 12 liters of clean water, the blocks need no moisturizing before laying but just simply clean the blocks and they can be laid instantly. 1 bag of dry mortar can be used for approx. 15 – 18 m 2 of area		Wet mortar (Yellow bag ) Mix 1 bag of mortar with 12 liters of clean water, the blocks need to be moisturized at the ridge every time before the blocks can be laid. 1 bag of wet mortar can be used for approx. 8 -10 m 2 of area.

Equipments for laying SUPERBLOCK

1.   “SUPERBLOCK” trowel; there are 2 sizes - 7.5 cm and 9 cm .
2. “SUPERBLOCK” hand saw
3. Bucket
4. Rubber hammer (or any normal hammer ) will be used to adjust block laying line without causing the damage to the block surface as well as increase the strength of the joints
5. Electric drill machine
6. Mortar mixer will be used to blend the mortar and the work can be completed faster (by connecting mortar mixer with drilling machine )
7. Chasing tool will be used to cut the block for embedding the pipes inside the building
